Refunds, cancellations & service delivery

What we sell

Replate provides clinical nutrition consultations — in person in Bengaluru or by video — and the written nutrition plans that come out of them. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Service delivery

• Your consultation happens at the date and time you book. Video consultations use the link in your confirmation email.
• Your written plan is emailed to you as a PDF within 48 hours of your first consultation.
• Programme sessions are scheduled together with you and must be used within 12 weeks of purchase.

Cancelling a consultation

• More than 48 hours before: full refund.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a missed appointment: no refund.

Rescheduling

Free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, one reschedule per quarter is free; after that a reschedule is charged at 50% of the consultation fee.

Three-month programme

If you stop a programme early, we refund what you paid minus the list price of the sessions you have already had (₹2,000 for the first consultation, ₹2,000 per follow-up). Nothing is refundable once the 12 weeks have passed.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, you choose: a new time at no cost, or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Online payments are refunded through Razorpay; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money. UPI payments made at a session are refunded by UPI to the same account.
