Terms of Service
Effective · v1.1
These terms govern your use of Replate's clinical nutrition consultations and accompanying digital tools. By booking a consultation or creating an account, you accept these terms.
1 · Service scope
Replate provides one-on-one clinical nutrition consultations for women, focused on PCOS, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, and pregnancy-related nutrition. We do not provide emergency medical care, mental-health crisis support, or pharmacy services. Our advice complements but does not replace the judgement of your treating physician.
2 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation in your own name. Minors may be treated only when a parent or guardian books on their behalf, attends the consultation, and accepts these terms for them.
3 · Consultations
- Discovery (15 min, free): a no-charge call to determine if Replate is the right fit. Not a clinical consultation; no plan is issued.
- Initial consultation (60 min, ₹2,000): a full intake with plan delivery within 48 hours.
- Follow-up (60 min, ₹2,000): review of progress, lab results, plan adjustments. Cadence is patient-decided (typically 4–6 weeks).
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Clinical nutrition consultations are GST-exempt under SAC 9993.
4 · Booking, rescheduling, cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours, one reschedule per quarter is allowed at no cost; further reschedules are billed at 50% of the consultation fee.
- Cancellations > 48 hours before the appointment: full refund. Within 48 hours but > 24 hours: 50% refund. Within 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
5 · Plans, recipes, and intellectual property
The plans, recipes, and educational materials we issue are for the named patient's personal use only. They are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared without written permission. You retain full ownership of the health data you provide; we hold a limited licence to use it for providing the service (see Privacy Policy).
6 · Outcomes & medical disclaimer
Nutrition is one variable in a complex system. We do not promise specific weight, lab, or symptom outcomes. We will give you our honest professional opinion, follow current evidence, and adjust plans as your data evolves. If a clinical concern arises that falls outside nutrition scope, we will refer you to an appropriate specialist.
Replate is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 108 (India ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital.
7 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replate's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages, or for outcomes that result from non-disclosure of relevant medical history. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory right you hold under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8 · Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate the service if you behave abusively toward our staff, repeatedly no-show, or violate these terms. You may discontinue at any time by writing to usha@replate.in. Refunds for prepaid sessions follow the cancellation rules in section 4.
9 · Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10 · Changes to these terms
We will publish a new version of these terms with a fresh effective date when we make material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
